M&P Mag +6 Extension are made with 6061 Aluminum and works on the 15 & 17 Round Magazines in the 9 & 40 Cal. If you do have a .40 it will only be a +5 extension. Some 9mm mags will only fit +5 until they wear in. The 6th will be very tight.

Stock springs will work just fine most of the time. If stretching your stock spring (according to the install video) does not work you may need the extra coil S&W Wolff spring we offer. Please see related items below
