Privacy on Other Web Sites Shipping Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. 

All sales are open to return for 30 days from date of shipping.  Return items must be in NEW UNINSTALLED CONDITION.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if it can be resold as a blemished item. On Free shipping orders, a shipping charge will be deducted from the credit on parts.

If items are returned in damaged condition, Floyds WILL refuse your RMA.
