Awesome basepads!!

These base pads for the M&P2.0 Compact pistols are awesome! They’re a super tight fit, well machined, the finish is flawless, and they have been holding up well to repeated abuse (I thoroughly test my gear hard before committing to it). These have been a blessing for those of us that love to run magwells. And the magwell, man the magwell for the compact model I feel is almost a must have. They force your hand up into the frame and I love it. One thing that would be nice is I would like to see a +2/+0 which Floyd’s did say on instagram they are coming out with so that’ll make this baseplate the shallowest baseplate. As it is right now it’s juuuuust enough to get a fingernail on when trying to go at an aggressive pace when stripping a mag, so a longer depth +2/+0 would allow the baseplate to sit out far enough you can get your entire thumb on it and forefinger and really pull hard to strip the mag. If I was worried about being ultra concealed, I would absolutely get these baseplates. But I would also love to see Floyd’s do a +6/+0 to bring up the “10round limited” magazine line right in sync with the free state magazine basepad offerings from Floyd’s. That for the compact guns would complete the lineup for the 10round limited, this one which I call the +0 basepad, the +2/+0, and the +6/+0. I LOVE the bigger mag plate extensions but can’t find any for the limited compact magazines so hopefully we get both the +2 & +6 10round compact limited extensions in the future, but for now these current baseplates are awesome! Would be nice if we had an FDE option as well.
