How Does Slide Customization Work?
 After you check out with a custom design you will need to print out the "Custom Work Order Form" PDF found in the description area. Follow shipping instructions from the bottom of the form. We will email you when we receive the slide. It will then go out to the shop for the custom work. Once your order is completely finished: Pre Authorized payments we will be captured for payment and processed for shipping. Please note that any preauthorized payments older than 30 days will fall off our system and have to be invoiced and paid prior to shipment.  Once payment is finalized you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

How Long Are Your Lead Times? 
All leads times are estimates and are subject to fluctuation. For Optic cut and back up sight install only, the estimated lead time is 2-3 weeks. For custom design, optic cut, porting, and cerakote, the estimated lead time is
5-7 weeks. For orders with extra custom design work, these lead times will be longer depending on the amount changes to the program you want to make. See “My Order is Over it’s Estimated Lead Time. What Gives?” portion of this FAQ for explanation. 

What Happens After I Place My Order? 
For parts order only - Once you place your order the payment will be captured, the order will be filled and you will receive a tracking number. Parts orders are filled Mon-Thurs 8am - 2:30pm PST and Friday 8am - 12pm PST. For Customization order- Please see "How Does Slide Customization Work?"
What Parts Do I Need to Send For Customization?
(For Optic cut only - Just the slide and custom work order form) (For Customization with Porting- The Slide and Barrel and the custom work order form) We do not need the optic unless it is a footprint not listed on the work order form 
My Order is Over it’s Estimated Lead Time. What gives? 
Though we work very hard to deliver within our lead times, sickness, extenuating circumstances, quality control work, or industry events interrupt our process from time to time. Our lead times are best estimates and may fluctuate. We do the best that we can to get your slides back home as soon as possible. What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship all orders in a Small Flat Rate Box from USPS. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do NOT ship outside the US.

Different Billing and Shipping Address?
Our fraud prevention forces the shipping and billing address to be the same. Please make both the billing address associated with your card and then put your preferred shipping address in the customer comments. We will change the address before the label is created.

We can not accept non US payments.
